Elsa: Duarte… acho que tenho uma relação tóxica com o meu telemóvel.
Duarte: Ai sim? Conta lá…
Elsa: Oh, passo tempo a mais em frente ao ecrã! Às vezes pego no telemóvel sem pensar e fico a ver vídeos durante horas!
Duarte: Entendo. Isso não é nada saudável…
Elsa: Pois não. Depois sinto-me cansada e com sentimentos de culpa.
Duarte: O que achas que podes fazer para mudar isso?
Elsa: Sei lá… Talvez pôr limites de tempo nas apps e não ter o telefone perto de mim quando estou a trabalhar.
Duarte: Boa! E podes desligar as notificações….
Elsa: Sim! E à noite quero ler um bocado em vez de ficar em frente ao ecrã como um vegetal.
Duarte: Ahah, gosto do teu plano. Força aí!
