O Joel e a Patrícia vivem juntos há muitos anos, mas têm hábitos muito diferentes.

Por exemplo, a Patrícia não come nada de manhã ao acordar. A primeira refeição que come é o almoço já depois do meio-dia. Mas o Joel não dispensa os seus cereais antes de sair para o trabalho.

À tarde, depois do almoço, a Patrícia dorme sempre uma sesta. O Joel, por outro lado, não tem esse hábito, nem que quisesse! Ele simplesmente não tem tempo para dormir durante o dia.

À tardinha, a Patrícia costuma sair à rua para dar uma caminhada antes do jantar. O Joel não, coitado! Ele trabalha muitas horas e quando sai do emprego já nem é dia!

À noite, o Joel chega a casa muito cansado e vai direto para a cama depois do jantar. Já a Patrícia lê sempre um pouco antes de se deitar.

Joel and Patricia have lived together for many years, but they have very different habits.

For example, Patrícia doesn’t eat anything in the morning when she wakes up. Her first meal is lunch afternoon. But Joel can’t do without his cereal before he leaves for work.

In the afternoon, after lunch, Patrícia always takes a nap. Joel, on the other hand, doesn’t have this habit, even if he wanted to! He simply doesn’t have time to sleep during the day.

In the afternoons, Patrícia usually goes for a walk before dinner. Not Joel, poor him! He works long hours and when he gets off work it’s no longer daylight.

At night, Joel comes home very tired and goes straight to bed after dinner. Patrícia, on the other hand, always reads a little before going to bed.
