Tone: Epá, isto há coisas difíceis de entender, não achas?

Manel: De que estás a falar?

Tone: Daquele tipo de barbaridades que vemos nas notícias todos dias. Este mundo está maluco!

Manel: Está a falar daquelas atrocidades tipo guerras e homicídios?

Tone: É isso mesmo a que eu me estou a referir. Por exemplo, como é que os políticos num dia falam de direitos humanos e no outro dão ordem para bombardear o país vizinho? Dá para perceber esta porcaria?

Manel: É verdade, não se entende. Mas olha, esta conversa está a ficar um pouco pesada, não achas? Que tal irmos àquele novo tasco comer uns petiscos e beber uma cerveja para desanuviar?

Tone: Isso é que é falar.

Tone: The kind of barbarities we see on the news every day. This world is crazy!

Manel: You’re talking about those atrocities like wars and murders?

Tone: That’s exactly what I’m talking about. For example, how can politicians praise human rights one day, and the next give the order to bomb the neighboring country? Can you understand this crap?

Manel: It’s true, it’s insane. But look, this conversation is getting a bit heavy, don’t you think? How about we go to that new tavern for some snacks and a beer to clear our heads?
