Jeremy Laurence refere que as restrições apertadas à entrada de apoio conjugadas com a ofensiva militar israelita em Gaza, estão a provocar fome generalizada na população, algo que pode vir a ser encarado como um crime de guerra.

O governo de Benjamin Netanyahu já negou várias vezes a criação de entraves à entrada de ajuda no terreno.
